I didn't know him anymore, but it's still weird to think he's gone. He lived across the street from me for pretty much my entire childhood. Back then we were friends and we'd hang out with all the rest of the guys just about every day. After high school I lost touch with him. I'd see him every once and a while at a party, or at the store, or I'd pass him on the road. I just found out Saturday morning that he'd committed suicide and I was shocked. It's just too bad it happened like it did. It's too bad that hurdle in his life was too much to overcome. I was just reading the paper and noticed the obituaries and the other people listed in them and couldn't help thinking he was way too young.. .. Well, I hope wherever you are now John, things are better man. You deserved better than this.
Yeah, so I found out yesterday that the White Stripes concert got postponed to a yet unreleased date. DAMNIT!! Jack White should have to wear special metal gloves to protect his fingers and hands from damage so they don't have to cancel anymore shows. I guess I'll just have to listen to pre-recorded versions of Jolene until the new date.
I used to have this game for my Commodore 64 back when I was about 6 years old and I loved it! There's nothing like playing as Bruce Lee, fighting a green sumo wrestler and a black ninja, on graphics that made Super Mario Brothers look like something made by ILM.
I did another site re-design today. Most of my work is behind the scenes so you hopefully shouldn't notice much of a difference. I had to make my page non-framed since I was having problems with the frames loading constantly. Maybe things will load a little bit faster too.
If you still wanna share and swap files you're way better off installing the new Kazaa Lite 2.4.0 as it helps to hide the contents of your hard drive from the RIAA so you won't be prosecuted (at least until "the man" finds a way around it).
If you like stuff that's funny, and you aren't a complete humorless ass, then this little performance oughta crack you up. It's from the comedy station on the XM radio deal and it's all un-edited Stephen Lynch. It's some of the funniest stuff I've ever heard. It's only just under 7 megs in size and it's almost 40 minutes long. Listen and get ready to laugh until you're shitting down your legs into your shoes.
I've finally come to the realization that I truly am a fuckin nerd. I'm here at work, and I can't stop messing with this little earth satellite simulator. It's pretty neat if you have a few seconds to check it out, and you're not in total denial of your inner dork.
I've decided that I'm gonna start saving up money to buy Studio MX for Windows. As of right now I don't use any programs to make my page (besides for Blogger) and I'd like to start making things a little more interesting.
Well, I've put comments back on each post. YCCS updated their commenting and now they aren't hindering the load times of my page so it's all better. So I say, COMMENT, COMMENT, COMMENT! The more input the better.
This is one of my very first attempts at a webpage. It's called "Fetal Bowling Balls". I used to have that .com registered but it's since expired. This was an idea some friends and I came up with one drunken weekend in Chicago and I decided to run with it. I never invested much time and/or worked to finish it like I had intended, but I still think the idea's pretty funny, and insanely offensive, so I enjoy it alot.
As a regular visitor to the strip club, I thought I knew my surroundings
pretty well. But something had been bugging me for a long while.
Something I couldn't quite put my finger on. Then it hit me. The
dancing, topless girls, numbering twelve in total, all bore a striking
resemblance to Jay Leno.
I think the best way to argue with someone is whenever they make a point say "That sounds like something Hitler might say." They'll get really quiet, and you can then make a counter-point.
